TRANSyT-UPM is a research and development center in transport and mobility, to which different Departments, Schools and Universities belong. Located in the School of Civil Engineering, it is formed by two research groups: the Research Group in Transport Planning of the UPM and the Research Group in Transport, Infrastructures and Territory of the UCM, incorporated in June 2012. Both groups belong to the Sustainable Mobility cluster of the Moncloa Campus of Excellence.
In TRANSyT we act as a bridge between the University and the different agents involved in transport: administrations, companies and institutions of the sector and students and citizens, while we promote the relationship with other national, European, Latin American and worldwide centers.
