TECMINERGY is a centre of the highest technical level, whose purpose is research and the provision of services in technological issues related to safety and quality in industry in general and with public and private entities that carry out their activity in the industrial, energy and mining environment and dependent industries.
While maintaining its identity as an essential part of TECMINERGY, the Official Laboratory J.M. Madariaga, LOM, maintains its position as an advisory body to the Subdirectorate General of Mines, its accreditations as a control body, its link to teaching at the ETS Mining and Energy Engineering School, its vocation for research, its principles of independence, impartiality and integrity and its commitment to strict confidentiality.
