Cathode sputtering equipment with two circular magnetrons (Ø = 5 cm) and a rotating sample holder connected to various gas lines (Ar, N and O).
Climate, energy and industrial mobility, materials and circular economy
Manufacture of coatings with thicknesses ranging from a few nanometres to a few microns. The equipment can be operated in reactive mode for the manufacture of oxide and nitride coatings, making it possible to achieve a variable chemical composition. It can also be operated in oblique-angle configuration, making it possible to manufacture coatings based on 3D nanostructures.
Manufacturing coatings for work in extreme conditions (high thermal loads, high irradiation fluxes and corrosive environments).
