The laboratory has an automated sample analyser, a flame photometer, an ELISA plate reader, an optical microscope, a freezer (down to -80°C), a centrifuge and a cell counter.

The biochemistry laboratory contains all the equipment necessary to take samples and carry out clinical analyses of biological samples.

The Biochemistry Laboratory is part of the Community of Madrid Laboratory and Infrastructure Network, with reference number 242. On 1 June of that same year, under the supervision and with the approval of the Laboratory Network Advisory Group, it was accorded the status of level 2. - TRACEABILITY The researchers belong to the Department of Health and Human Performance.
