| The town of Rivas Vaciamadrid, which has a very dynamic and extensive number of associations, has built a physical place where associations and groups of citizens can meet: ¿Casa de las Asociaciones¿. At the same time, it has decided to create a citizen network with the aim of developing e-participation. The particularity of this network is that the nodes are groups of citizens and not individuals. This paper shows the result of this initiative, the Virtual Campus of Associations from Rivas Vaciamadrid. It describes the project requirements analysis, the design decisions and, in general, its operation. In addition, the paper presents the training and dissemination plan launched for the citizens and the associations of Rivas to announce this e-participation network. | |
